With the support of the Pardicolor Creative Arts Fund 2022 (special theme “Realms of Coexistence”), I collaborated with Yeap Chin Aik, co-founder of the MNS Hornbill Conservation Project, to create a picture book “Guardian of the Hornbills”. In March 2023, I went on a field trip to the Belum-Temenggor Forest Complex with Vince Koo to gain in-depth insights into the Jahai tribe involved in hornbill conservation and to harvest wild honey produced in season. The book was published byOyez!Books in September. In addition, I also held exhibitions, sharing sessions and workshops at COEX, Penang to raise public awareness and funds.
